Grass Fed Beef
Our cattle graze along the Colorado Front Range of The Rocky Mountains enjoying the many grasses and different forages that thrive in this area. The majority of our beef is finished with supplemental grass and grains.
We currently offer grass fed, grain finished beef and 100% grass fed Colorado Proud beef. Offering both finished cuts and custom cut sides of beef in 1/4 or 1/2 share options.
Pasture Raised Pork
We provide fresh pork throughout the year from pigs that get to live their best life playing, wallowing in the mud, eating bugs and foraging on anything they can find in our pesticide & herbicide free pasture. This results in a delicious pork that is full of flavor and never antibiotics & hormones.
Our pigs are raised in a pasture for a natural diet, but they have access to supplemental foods such as alfalfa, fresh produce and spent grains allowing them to consume what their bodies crave as nature intended.
Farm Fresh Eggs
Our Chickens, Ducks, Guineas & Turkeys happily free range and coexist with each other and the hogs here at the ranch. Most of our poultry hatches right here at the ranch where they are never given vaccinations or antibiotics.
We offer our pasture raised eggs as a seasonal item, typically April thru October. With delivery and pick up options available. Although all our eggs are similar each one carries its own unique taste, color and size.
Our pasture raised chicken eggs are offered in a 100% compostable container allowing you to reduce waste and easily repurpose your cartons.
Local Honey
Like everything other aspect of our ranch you will also find our hives to be 100% free of chemicals or treatments of any kind. Our raw honey is never heated and coarsely strained, so all of the antioxidants, enzymes, proteins, traces of pollen, and amino acids are in the jar.
The weather here on The Palmer Divide can be harsh, but the abundance of different varieties of pollen make it an ideal location for our all natural hives.
We are usually able to offer our raw honey throughout the year and have limited releases of all natural and delicious honeycomb.
